doesn't equip weapons automatically when used up

hi,

 

can this be fixed please?

 

it used to be.. when your weapon is 0% and disappears, and you got another one of the same type in your inventory, it automatically switched it.. now i can to click everytime to use my second one.

Only Tools does that, not weapon. Its been like that for a long time, unless you were using a mod in the past that does that?
