Dark Screen During Daytime When Raining from Spring to Summer or Forcing Rain

If it rains from Spring into Summer or you force rain to occur with the telelocator staff during Summer, your screen during daytime is darker than had it not rained.

Edit: When the rain finally stops, the screen is still dark until Autumn.
