I've read the entire post here
Compatibility mode does not work (not a surprise) and I do not have a integrated graphics card to switch to.
And I went through the steps here http://support.kleientertainment.com/customer/portal/articles/1201532-game-is-crashing-game-won-t-start with no luck.
Here's 2 different logs. 1 thinks steam isnt running when it is and the other is just showing nothing.
