Checking your log, it looks like there's something that's blocking the game from connecting to our servers. Please see our Troubleshooting Guide for steps on how to resolve this issue.

Should the issue persist after trying the steps in the link, could you let us know if you are connecting to the internet via a proxy? You can find this by going into Control Panel > Options > Connection tab > LAN Settings. There should be a box labelled "Proxy Server" there.
