Could not connect to existing worlds and can not create a new one (with CAVE)

Since the beginning of [Arts and Crafts] update until now (update 193328) I cannot connect to my old existing worlds.

I also could not connect to other people' server, 

Then, I tried to create a new world WITH cave and it's not working either. However I tried to generate a new world WITHOUT cave and it's working.

So, I think there is a problem with the server for cave.

BTW I am in Germany.

Steps to Reproduce
Generate or join worlds WITH cave cannot connect. Generate world WITHOUT cave still works.
Go to bugs

Apologies for the inconvenience, there was a short server downtime this past weekend which affected some people temporarily. It has since been resolved and you should now be able to connect to our servers once more.

If you go through those steps and you are still unable to connect, please provide us with your client_log.txt file found in your documents folder: Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\client_log.txt
