Hi,
I ran a dedicated server hosted by Streamline. This morning when I started the server back up the caves entrance is shut closed. I've open a ticket and I am waiting for their response but I remember this happened on one of the public server I played before I started my own and it seems it could be from your side. I've stopped the server for now and I attached a picture and the results from the web console below.
