can't use the spawned items.

I've had a world where i accidentally died, and there was no way to revive myself. so i used the command:

c_spawn ("amulet")

it spawned the item but it didn't let me haunt it or pick it up.

same happened with the chester bone thingy that i tried to spawn, it looked like i spawned it but i can't pick it up.

Steps to Reproduce
just open up your console and type: c_spawn ("amulet") and it doesnt work
