Apparently I have version V174781 and my friend has V174765.
Yesterday we played together on his server and there wasn't any problem.
Now I can't join his server because it says that he has an older version. We we're trying to get him the newest version but the game doesn't give him an update, even after going to Steam, Don't Starve, Settings and then Update Settings. Even restarting his computer doesn't help.
Steps to Reproduce
I've only downloaded the Don't Starve Mod Tools, I don't know if this also checks for updates. I haven't seen my DST being updated, but apparenty it did and my friends DST doesn't.
