Can't create an account

I just purchased the game. When I click no create an account it sends me to a page where this happens

I tried doing it on another computer but happens the same, I need help.

Steps to Reproduce
I opened the game, click play, then click Create an account

Ok I connected directly through that link, entered my steam account, and then logged back in to the game and it worked
