cant create a sever while using mod

@louffe seems like you just copied over the Always On Status for Don't Starve to Don't Starve Together, did you? Sadly, that will not work. On the other hand, there is already an existing collaborated mod of Always On Status for DST that is called Combined Status. Get that mod instead of moving over Don't Starve mods to your Don't Starve Together folders. 

Upon further inspection, it seems you got the line:

[00:03:17]: Loading mod: Always On Status Version:8.4 (Old API! (mod: 6 game: 10) )

Version:8.4 of Always On Status is for Don't Starve, not Don't Starve Together. Simply remove that mod from your Don't Starve Together mods folder, and then subscribe to the technically official Always On Status mod for DST, which is Combined Status. Since the original mod creator of Always On Status mod (DS) linked the Combined Status mod (DST) in their workshop page which is probably where you got the Always On Status Version:8.4.

@louffe try to verify the integrity of the game cache:

  • Load Steam
  • From the Library section, right-click on the game (Don't Starve Together) and select Properties from the menu.
  • Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
  • Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
  • Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

After that, try a server again. If it still crashes, try the following:

  • Open Don't Starve Together
  • Click Play
  • Click Mods
  • Click Clean All

After that, try a server again. If it still crashes, attach your latest client_log.txt.
