Cant attack

I cant attack an enemy when i click attack my charachter just moves to the target and push the target spacebar doesnt help too clicking f neither and ctrl doesnt work too can someone help me?

I was at my friens server just answer this

Hello @Pertjee, welcome to the forums. Can you confirm that your controls are set to default in the Options > Controls. Do you perhaps have a controller plugged to your PC? Cause that can override any keyboard inputs.

Thanks for the answer but i already got my fix my friend used to had a mod on that server and i said to him that he had to turn it off he did and now i can attack
