Blue Screen at start up - Crashes

Hi I am trying to figure out how to fix a issue with crashing. I submitted a ticket on steam to make sure it wasn't on their end, so I am here now. When I start DST I get a blue circle (about 1/2 my screen) then it goes full screen. I get a couple seconds of noise then it crashes to my desktop, no log, no error message. I tried re-installing, Verifying Integrity, an I am well above minimum spec. Does anyone know how to fix or has had this in the past I would really appreciate it.

I just start the game.
Go to bugs

Hmm, from first glance it sounds like a hardware issue. Please ensure that all of your drivers (operating system, hardware, GPU, audio) are all up-to-date. From there, try running other games to see if the issue happens with other software or only when playing DST.

Also could you please provide us with your DxDiag.txt file?
