When attempting to attack certain mobs (critters,Dragonfly), the character model bugs out and just constantly move back and forth through the model glitching out.
Because of it, i cannot attack birds that have been sleeped on Wicker to farm feathers, or fight the Dragonfly at the desert or during Summer on any PC, fundamentally breaking the game experience for me and others who have experienced the bug as well.

Steps to Reproduce
Use Wicker books (BotW+StS/Pan)/Feather Hat, and/or attack Dragonfly/ critters(birds pref) using blow darts/melee weapons. I'm not entirely sure when the bug occured exactly, but it's been functioning like this since a month ago. Screenshots have been/will be attached as investigated.
