Abrupt Damaging Insta-Freezing in Caves [DST-Beta]

During Spring or other seasons (not winter), even when it's not raining in the caves, there are times
where I and many players instantly freeze to death with no warning. (Ex. Instantly goes to killing state
without any freeze warning.)

This has caught me both offguard and killed me many times as I explore
the caves, unable to react to the freezing when my health is going down quickly.

This isn't the usual kind of freezing where you get an warning before taking damage...
No, it just happens out of nowhere and instantly without warning, when without rain.

I hope something about this is looked into, maybe some fixes to make
the freeze warn before happening instead of abruptly, instantly freezing.
