If you have a monitor with over 60 fps The A New reign Beta will not let you set your monitor higher then 60, you can press the button to make it go to a higher fps cap, but it will revert to 60, even if you hit apply, very obnoxious. (I tested this with two 144hz monitors and computers)
Steps to Reproduce
Change fps cap to anything but 60, hit apply. It will bring you to the title screen reverted to 60 fps.
