When I'm actually in the game/on a server, the game runs normal. But on the menu the fps is stuck down to like 5 for some odd reason. On top of that every server has high ping.

I assume the menu lagging is why every server has high ping, but I don't understand why the menu itself lags when the game runs with no problem once you're actually in
