Winona's Generator powers devices out of range

Once the connection between a generator and a device is set, the distance between them doesn't matter anymore. For example, if a generator is put on a moving boat, it can power a light far away on another boat or on land, if they were close enough once.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a Winona's Generator on land and Winona's Spotlight on a boat. Make sure they are close enough. Move the boat out of effective powering range, and find the spotlight still on.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

The most recent update contains a change to restrict Winona's batteries to only powering things that they are on the same platform as. This issue should be fixed by that change.
