Update downloading, restart and download again

Since I updated my game to beta version and when there's a new update my downloading new update fails.

usualy its few second long and as soon it finishes it starts all again. I try everything and nothing helped jet!

restarted steam or Verify game files. This issue hapened now 3 times and I dont want each time when there's an update to unistall and reinstall DST.

Maybe anyone had same issue who can help me out with this
