As title says. You can telelocate Wagstaff.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Start the containment

2) Telelocate Wagstaff

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Banishing his projection, which is controlled by him from another world in the Constant, to another place in the DST world, crashes the entire Constant. Neat.
