Odd rendering order with the snowchild frock while fishing

When fishing while wearing the snowchild frock, your arms appear to be behind the tuft at the bottom of the skirt.

Steps to Reproduce

Weave the snowchild frock if you don't already have it. Then wear it.

Grab a fishing pole and start fishing.
