If you try to place structures down in the Lunar Grotto biome, there are some area where you simply can't place it down in the Lunar Grotto biome.
It seems to be the prefabs "moonglass_stalactite1" & "moonglass_stalactite2" that are preventing such structures from being placed, as per a c_select() and checking the cave logs.

Steps to Reproduce
Go to the Lunar Grotto biome.
Try to place down a structure.
See that in some areas, you can't place down a structure. Seems to be the moonglass stalacites.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
