Mob spawning from Caves/Bee boxes problem

For some reason Bats only come out if one of the bats were killed, then one by one they start spawning after next one was killed. Bees are not even coming out of their hives anymore for whatever reason. Bees still seem to sometimes produce honey off screen tho.
