Malbatross sometimes instant kills players

Malbatross sometimes does massive damage with swoop attack despite having plenty of armor. It appears the attack hits multiple times in less than a second. These attacks occur rapidly enough to possibly get applied between armor breakage and automatic re-equipping of the next piece of armor, which may explain why players take full damage despite having enough armor. The issue occurs in unmodded worlds, and even in dedicated servers.
