Lunar Siphonator Hardlock

I tried to build into the Lunar Siphonator. I gave myself the moonstorm_static_item thingy so I could built it in. But then the game hardlocked. I couldn't stop building the Siphonator, couldn't move, I was able to move stuff in my inventory, but still couldn't place them into the Siphonator. Couldn't teleport away via commands, and when I tried to leave the server, it just started loading forever. I closed the game, restarted it, tried to restart the server, but it wrote me that "Dedicated server failed to start" message

Steps to Reproduce

Unsure on this one, try building into the Siphonator, and giving yourself some of that static.

Sadly, no. I returned to the world an hour or so later, and it did seem fixed, although I did disable the one mod I had when I returned, so it is possible that the mod is the reason

I'll try recreating the bug with and without the mod a few times
