Low Hp Sentrypede Husks can still be reanimated

When an security pulse hits a Sentrypede Husk, it always revives regardless of what state it's in.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Damage a sentrypede husk until it's in any of its damaged states

2. Have a security pulse reach it.

Yea, I'm pretty sure that the way it is supposed to work, is you destroy it completely, then it has to first rebuild itself to 300 hp, and it can only be powered by security pulse then. Even the animation looks weird, changing the sprite from some bits of metal, to a full machine
