In the last version, I picked up a tentacle spike from my boat (it was just lying there, not in a chest) and when I dropped it on the land, it disappeared, I could pick it up only with space but not with the mouse. An other tentacle spike that was already on the ground on the land remained visible.
Steps to Reproduce
1) drop something (maybe only the spike is bugged?) on the boat 2) exit and reload the world (not sure if needed) 3) pick up and drop the item on the land

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
