Hermit Island retrofitting results in invisible land until a server reset.

I copied my world over to the beta branch and went to find the retrofitted hermit's island, only to see that the land was just... invisible, until I reset my dedicated server and it was there like nothing had even happened. My best guess for this is that the retrofitting isn't completed properly until the server resets. Turn of Tides retrofitting forced a reset to properly add the ocean and lunar islands in, but here it just let me play as soon as I loaded the world.
