Ground electrity visuals appear outside (and far away) from the Moonstorm

I just summoned the Mysterious Energy and I come back to the mainland to find part of my savannah "electrified", even though the Moonstorm is many, many screens away. The effect, I should note, is not global. While I've had it happen in other places too, it has never affected the whole world at the same time.

Steps to Reproduce

Summon the Mysterious Energy and explore areas that are outside the Moonstorm?

Go to bugs

The save file of the world in this state might help track down the cuase, if you still have it.

I do. Last save was right on top of one of these electrified areas. (The area pictured in the original report no longer has electricity, however.)
