I'm guessing this has something to do with how chester teleports to the player when far enough away but the game is confused about water. This happens every few seconds
problem persists on land unless eyebone is dropped for a significant amount of time
Steps to Reproduce
1. Get the eyebone 2. get on a boat with it in your inventory 3. sail away
