When completing the Celestial Sanctum the name of it changes to Celestial Altar despite both of it's parts, the Icon and Ward having "Celestial Sanctum" in their names. The Names of the parts don't match the altar's true name. Thanks @DaZoul 
Steps to Reproduce
1. Find the Icon and Ward of Celestial Sanctum
2. Combine two pieces into one at Lunar Island
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
