I tried to pick up the Bull Kelp Stalk that I placed in the ocean since it was on the beached land on the Lunar Island. I couldn't figure out a way to repick said Stalk cause it was placed in a place that I didn't want it to be in. I'm guessing it's a WIP at the moment?
Steps to Reproduce
Get a Bull Kelp Stalk. Plant it in the ocean. See that you don't like where it was placed. Then see that you can't pick up the Bull Kelp Stalk.
