Cannot cast a dwarf star or polar light on a boat

If we can, will the star move with the boat? I am really curious about it.

Steps to Reproduce
Try to use star caller's staff on a boat.
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I spawned one in via console. It stays in position on the boat (at least for Polar Star).

Edit: I'm assuming it's a similar issue that was happening with Teleporting on a boat.
