Bypass World Border

I've noticed that ghosts are able to completely go through the world border.
So I decided to see if you could resurrect through the range of the wall, and wellunknown.png

Steps to Reproduce
1. Player A dies and goes through border, but close enough to the boat to resurrect 2. Player B resurrects Player A and Player A can be pushed through or already is behind the border

I didn't realise to check, but this goes for turf to ocean aswell (Player is slightly ontop of turf border, player is resurrected, player is on ocean)
