As the title says only natural lightnings inside the moon storm can create the charged glassy rock. No artificial lightnings from telelocator staff or the end is nigh! can create it.
In fact, this one is half joking. But It would be awesome if we can. Haha..
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create lightning artificially in the storm, by using telelocator staff or the end is nigh! .
2) Just a regular lightning spawns.
