Applied Horticulture targets already affected plants

If you read Applied Horticulture right after you finished reading another one, it'll still target the plants that are growing to full size from the previous, and make them go into their "Rotting" stage instead. Most likely because they're still targetable by the book while growing to full size.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Read an applied horticulture on farm crops

2. Right after the reading animation finishes, read the book again

3. The crops will continue growing past their "Grown" stage to "Rotting".
