Well, it isn't true. Klei told about this, score willn't added on leadearboard only if match will end after official Tournament ends (on July 17th at 11am Pacific time)

Unfortunately the key was put into the altar before the last offering was finished being accepted. This bug was only discovered yesterday afternoon so a hot fix was unable to be made in time.

Well but what about the last Fluffy Animal issue? 
Even if it was this bug, there is has to be a new score at the leaderboard, because it in all cases was higher than my last on that moment.
