The recipe book said that Garlic Bread is worth 1 Sapphire Medallion and 6 Old Coins, but the game gave me no Sapphire Medallion and 9 Old Coins.

Steps to Reproduce
Make Garlic Bread > Give to the Gnaw > Receive 9 Old Coins and no Sapphire Medalion
Go to bugs

It depends on the Gnaw's craving: only as Bread he will pay with a blue coin ^^
