Didn't get the Loyal Background

So I just noticed there was a loyal background for the Forge event and I didn't get it even though I should have. I played both the beta and the actual event so I'm not sure how I missed the item. The only thing I still have from the event is the Catcoon profile picture thing if that helps prove that I was in the event. If I missed out on it or there isn't any way to give me the background that's fine, someone just recommended that I should ask support to see if they can get it for me.
