This isn't so much a bug as a needed fix. Because both the coconade and boat cannon use the right click to throw or launch, it is impossible to give the player the choice of which to use if they are both equipped. However, priority should be given to the coconade because that's what's about to explode in your hand. If I weren't already messing around in God Mode hunting bugs, this certainly would have lead to a frustrating death.
Why would anyone ever use a coconade if they have a boat cannon? I don't know but in case they do...

1. Equip Boat Cannon 2. Equip lit Coconade 3. Watch yourself launch cannon balls until you blow up
