Instead of decreasing your walking speed, wearing a Marble Suit actually increases your speed.

Steps to Reproduce
Wear a Marble Suit and walk around.
Go to bugs

This could be a feature (although don't makes sense, Marble is heavy). Marble suit is a bit useless right now.
