Luxury Fan not available to prototype even in pure RoG worlds, ie. not linked with SW. Although Sea Sack is.

Start a new RoG world. Open Console and enter GetPlayer().components.builder:GiveAllRecipes() Open the Survival tab Look stunned that Luxury Fan is not there
