Instant Flooding on Crafted Turf

On Day 20/21 of the Monsoon Season, my base suddenly flooded instantly regardless of the crafted turf. 

From what I could tell, in the space of a second, a puddle appeared and grew to the maximum size, flooding the entire base. Please see the attached image.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Monsoon Season (Near the end) 2. Crafted Turf filling entire screen 3. I was running into my base when it happened

So, I played through another year and noticed some weird graphical artifacts with this bug. It happens every Monsoon season. They seem to appear when I'm not in my base (I spent a large portion of it away).

Have you started a new game with the recent updates? This should be fixed so that floods can't spawn underneath crafted flooring.
