    It appeared as though I was just standing on the lava, after about 5 seconds, I died and respawned. I'm not sure how I did this but it was on Surfing Surfaces 3rd checkpoint towards the end, didn't make it to the ramp and flew backwards off at around 10-15 m/s. I think it was cause I pressed esc as soon as I died so I could restart. Thanks!
