Birds flying away resets at harming other birds

Steps to reproduce

1. Hatch few smallbirds
2. (Optional) Wear bird hat
3. Command your smallbirds to attack a bird
4. When the bird gets hit, all other birds flying away, or, if they already do, they resets their animation with dropping seeds sometimes

Describe your issue

When a bird gets hit, all other birds nearby are programmed to fly away. Smallbirds are used to make hits oftenly, and bird hat - to improve chance of appearing 2nd bird nearby.
