Transparent clouds

Steps to reproduce

1. Hide interface with Ctrl+H
2. Zoom out camera
3. You can hear clouds sound without seeing them
4. Also when you open map (Tab) with hided GUI, the map is not shown, and you just get stopped time (you can freely rotate camera). Closing map in this state leads to turning GUI on.

Of course you need to constantly scroll mouse wheel, but it gives you very nice point of view

Also you can notice how harshly grave's fog appearing and dissapearing when you comes from side (this bug doesn't related with zooming out or hiding interface)

Yeah. the way that the clouds and map work are that they are placed at the top layer, which is removed as part of the hide interface. I'll discuss with the team though.Thanks!
