Before I get down to the point, the reason I've put this in general instead of suggestion is because I don't want to be that person, who thinks their ideas are SOOOOOOO great and that Klei should actually add them. This is just for fun!

I've been thinking about what neat, fun items I would add to the forge if given the chance. Here goes nothing!

Tome of Gnawing Hunger:

A tome whose cover bears the phrase "Naw'sgay Ungerhay" A history of a battle in which the Forge's warriors suffered humiliating defeats, as the greatest warriors of history were devoured by a terrible beast. This is the only surviving record of that day. The cover depicts a terrible maw.

Type:

Tome. Obviously

Main Attack:

Book Slap: The standard book attack on all other tomes.

Special Attack:

Devouring Maw: Sucks in nearby enemies. Enemies stuck at the center are dealt damage over time.

Quotes:

Spoiler

Wilson: " /"Naw'sgay Ungerhay?/" What does that mean?"

Willow: "If nobody can read it, can I burn it?"

Wolfgang: "Old book has scary picture on cover..."

Wendy: "So old that whoever wrote it is dead"

WX-78: "A BOOK WRITTEN BY FLESHLINGS IS WORTHLESS TO ME"

Wickerbottom: "I hope I never have to see the places this describes!"

Woodie: "That hoser on the cover doesn't look too friendly"

Maxwell: "Ha. I remember how to read this, of course"

Wigfrid: "I dön't knöw if I would be very useful against such a föe"

Webber: "This doesn't look like the words Ms. Wicker taught us"

Winona: "That cover reminds me of my old boss"

Nightmare Amulet:

Insanity on demand, brought to the forge. The enemy of your enemy is your friend... Right?...     Right?...

Type:

Chest Armour

Stats:

0% Damage Resistance, 10% Movement, 10% Cooldowns

Special:

Reveals Shadow Monsters to fight... alongside you? How strange...

Quotes:

Spoiler

These are the normal nightmare amulet quotes:

Wilson: "It's whispering to me"

Willow: "Has science gone too far?"

Wolfgang: "This amulet... It frightens Wolfgang"

Wendy: "It's oozing"

WX-78: "I HAVE CREATED FOUND THE PERFECT AMULET" (Needed tweaking)

Wickerbottom: "I can almost sense it beckoning to something"

Woodie: "The sparkle is gone from the gem"

Maxwell: "It speaks with the shadow"

Wigfrid: "An amulet öf dark pöwers"

Webber: "Did you hear something?"

Bloodthirsty Blade:

Inhumanly large cleaver carved in mysterious runes from languages long forgotten. Grants terrible strength at terrible cost.

Type:

Melee Weapon

Passive Ability:

Crippling Weight: -25% movement speed. Effect lifted by special ability.

Main Attack:

Crushing Blow: Deals lots of damage and inflicts armor break. Such power must come with a cost?

Special Attack:

The Price of Power: Pay 25% of your health (based on max health) to remove the Crippling Weight effects until the cooldown ends.

Quotes:

Spoiler

Wilson: "I think I've done enough blood magic for a lifetime!"

Willow: "I would hurl it into the magma if I were strong enough..."

Wolfgang: "Wolfgang will only use it if he really has to..."

Wendy: "That's not how I plan to reunite with Abigail!"

WX-78: "I WILL PAY ANY PRICE TO ELIMINATE THE FLESHLINGS"

Wickerbottom: "I'll be keeping well away from that, thank you very much!"

Woodie: "I'd much rather stick with Lucy, if it's all the same to you"

Maxwell: "I understand the temptation, but I'll pass..."

Wigfrid: "I strike a deal with Hel herself!"

Webber: "She wants to use it, but I'm not going to let us touch it!"

(Webber's spider is female because it can make eggs. And make spider babies for the forge.)

Please feel free to add more in the replies! Don't bother putting in quotes just because I liked writing mine!

I'm on a roll and I can't stop! I'm deciding how I think a Battlemaster Pugna fight wold work!

Battlemaster Pugna can hardly move, and wouldn't willingly enter the ring even if he could! How on earth would I make an interesting fight out of that? Well, first I need to establish a few changes:

Two metal rings are now present on Pugna's part of the stage.

I also need to add a new enemy type: The Porcine Anchorman!

HP: 10000?

Damage: 80 before armor

After a wind up, launches an anchor at his target, reeling them in, dealing damage and inflicting a move speed debuff.

Drops their anchor as a weapon when defeated.

Anchor (Weapon):

Type: Anyone can use, regardless of weapon type!

Main Attack: Deals melee chip damage. Who cares?

Special ability: Hurl Anchor, if it hits an enemy, drag them towards you. It's true purpose, however, is to latch onto one of the two rings I added to Pugna's platform and reel him in!

The boss fight would proceed in a few phases:

1) Two anchormen enter the arena, much to Pugna's dismay!

2) After one anchorman is defeated, Pugna begins to continuously spawn pit pigs and crocomanders. He will replace them as they die.

3) Once both anchormen are defeated, two players must use the anchors to lock onto the rings on Pugna's platform. When they do so, they can begin to reel him in. Taking damage cancels the reeling in. The players doing this cannot move, and so must be defended by their teammates!

4) With a thud, the platform is pulled in! t's time to attack Pugna! He now begins to spawn endless enemies to defend him!
