The way you made Wilson there resembles Lovecraft's Dagon or Innsmouth with the skin pallor. The lines on his chest and arms could either be hair or gills.

I can see a little bit of Mermification in Billy's arms and legs. That tear on his cheek is tearjerking/heartbreaking.
