So, am I the only person who thought that it's some weird bird sculpture, not mant? The middle section looks like a beak.

Its not a character

it had a different model from all of the characters

I noticed image there was showed new characters, one was that farmer girl, second was skeleton and 3th was Krampus character. And so others followed like wilba and the old guy and last one wasnt revealed..

There are a lot of scrapped characters. Skeleton,shepherd,krampus,pyro.

and probably more that I can’t remember.

A new mant character would be nice, you could unluck it in the pherostone ruins

I don’t think it’s a new character because it’s not the typical character model. If they wanted to change it, I’d bet that wilba would look a little more similar to the other pigs. Right now, thinking it’s a playable character seems too far fetched.

Well i mean. Maxwell started as legboi but now he's a smallboi. But yes, maybe it is too far fetched.

I guess that mant is only made for unlocking (stealing) the Pherostone.

maybe the mant is the herald, like how the seal in the sealnado reveals itself once the boss is defeated.

Probably not cuz there's difference between shadow and some wind.

maybe, but the herald is oddly enough insectoid rather than the more abstract and transparent nightmare creatures.

It would be nice to have a mant character, its always nice to have more options to play around with. Warbucks is pretty fun and cool in terms of design, Wilba is a fun take on a pig character and she has her positives and negatives, but to have another monster to choose from, that would be cool. being able to make burrows or something, making it so he/she/it can craft the honey chest in the mant dens or even the spawners the mants come from, seems like there is a lot of potential there.

There has always been 2 characters release during every doc, it's unlikely they'll break tradition
