Can anybody help me?

This morning I checked and I found out I just got the dlc, but without having to put the beta code in propieties. The thing is when I entered in the game got an LUA Error, I closed the game, I entered again, everything fine, Hamlet was working, but when I started a new world the screen got black and the game crashed, anybody knows what this is about?

If you are not sure if you were accepted, please see this post. 

Reasons for not being accepted into the beta:

• Do not own Don't Starve on Steam
• Did not register for beta
• Did not register for beta using steam account
• Registered with a different steam account (go check your other one)

Since the beta closed, the Hamlet disappeared from my inventory.  I tried entering the code again and it now says invalid.  Will the game automatically reload for us by Nov. 8th?
