Issue title

Game crashes after a few minutes of play time.

Steps to reproduce

1 Launch Don't Starve
2. open save
3. play for 15 or more minutes
4. Game crashes and message pops up: don'tstarve.exe stopped working

Describe your issue

This has happened four times since the update today (hotfix?) and I've never had this problem before the download. I have updated my drivers in case that was the problem, but it hasn't fixed the issue.
My computer is custom built and its' specs are:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1,Build 7601)

Processor: Intel® Core i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4CPUs), ~3.4GHz

DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti


I hope this issue can be fixed Soon because based on the forums it seems a lot of people are experiencing the same problem since today's update.

May I ask what you are doing when the game crashes?Can you please post the results of your "log.txt" file at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dont_starve\bin"?Thanks!
